Butterfly Nursery Group

Children become eligible for our Butterfly Nursery sessions in the September after their third birthday. 

Butterfly Nursery sessions are offered as the options below: – 

  • 15 Hours funded AM sessions only (8.50am-11.50am- gates will close at 9am) 
  • 30 Hours funded (8.50am-2.50pm- gates will close at 3pm). 
  • Additional chargeable sessions can be booked as independent afternoon sessions (see prices below). 

Caterpillar Preschool Group

Children are eligible to join our Caterpillar Group the term after their 2nd birthday and will continue in the group until they reach Butterfly Nursery age. 

Caterpillar Nursery sessions are available for our AM morning session only. 

  • 15 Hours AM only (8.50am-11.50am- gates will close at 9am). 
  • Morning sessions can be booked as separate independent morning sessions (see prices below) if 15 hours are not required. 
  • Once your child has reached the term after their 3rd birthday additional afternoon sessions can be booked if required. 

We offer annual intakes in September, January and April in line with the term after your child’s birthday. 

Funding 

Butterfly Nursery Group 

All 3-year-olds entitled to 15 hours of nursery education the term after their third birthday.  

Additional 30 hours funding is also available for working families. For more information and guidance on your eligibility, please visit the government website www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.   

Parents can pay privately for up to 15 additional hours of education. Payments will be made directly to school, at the charge of £15 per 3-hour session.  

We hold an open evening each year in the Autumn term for parents of children looking to start in nursery or reception the following year. Details of this will be available on our website.

Caterpillar Pre-School Group 

As of April 2024, 15 hours government funding is being offered for 2-year-olds the term after their second birthday.

Parents can choose to pay privately for up to 15 hours education per week (AM sessions only) bookable in daily 3-hour sessions.
