At Tudor Grange Primary Academy Hockley Heath, we provide a calm and safe environment for our children to thrive in which is built on trust and positive relationships.

Staff are determined and ambitious for all; it is our aim that all children will experience what success feels like taking their needs and starting points into account.

Through our three R’s (Be Ready, Respectful and Responsible), children are encouraged to take responsibility for their own actions and demonstrate care in our community.

It is important to us that children learn to care for their environment and each other and that they behave respectfully in and around school as we prepare them for the wider world.

We are proud of our children’s behaviour and this is a real strength of our school community. Our children are polite, well mannered and confident.

Ethos and Values 

Our school was judged as continuing to be ‘good’ by Ofsted when they visited in March 2024 and we are proud that the relationship between school and parents was recognised. ‘The school has a good relationship with parents,’ with one parent commenting, ‘A lovely local school, full of children from the village. Fabulous staff, learning resources and events! I would recommend this school to anyone in the local area.’
