What a busy term Year 1 have had! We have spent lots of time outside exploring forest school. Making hot chocolate after feeding the fire and bug hunting.  

We designed and created our own shelters following a design criteria. 

While inside we set off for the music room to find musical instruments that we could write about in our independent stories about a wolf, deciding that the best instrument for the wolf was a drum. 

Our favourite subject of the term has been computing where we have been creating different pictures on the IPads. We have created self-portraits as well as pictures in the style of Mondrian and Matisse.
