Residential

At the end of October, we visited Mount Cook residential centre.  Our activities included archery tag, team work activities, camp fires, orienteering and the zip wire.  What a fantastic few days away! 

World War II

We really enjoyed listening to the experiences of Poppy’s great-grandma Valda, who visited us.  She told us all about life in World War 2 and we were spell-bound by her memories of watching the bomber planes in the moonlit skies above Coventry.  Hearing about school during the air-raids and living off rations was fascinating too.  Thank you so much for coming to see us and for bringing our history alive.
